Details on what is needed:The website for St. Vincent de Paul Society of Milwaukee needs an upgrade on a new (WordPress) platform and other enhancements to better serve the people who seek our services on a daily basis. We serve individuals and families in Milwaukee County who need critical support through our meal programs, thrift stores, and/or home visits. In regard to the current site, the pages load slowly and there are often glitches with some of the online forms. Our website is the main portal for people in need of food, clothing and basic household items, volunteers searching for meeting and event updates, and individuals who wish to make financial contributions in support of our mission. The website needs to have reliable hosting support and maintenance throughout the year, and easy navigation and organization for optimal effect.
